Work Terms
Hours of Operation
Indian Standard Time (IST): Available for communication and project updates between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
Flexible Hours: Willing to accommodate client needs outside of regular business hours upon prior arrangement.
Payment Terms
Advance Payment: A certain percentage (usually 30-50%) of the project cost is required upfront to initiate the project.
Milestone-Based Payments: Subsequent payments are released upon completion of agreed-upon milestones.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon successful project delivery and client acceptance.
Payment Methods: Accept both online (net banking, credit/debit cards) and offline payment methods (bank transfer).
Preferred Communication Style
Clear and Concise: Effective communication is crucial. Clients are encouraged to be direct and specific in their requests.
WhatsApp/Phone Calls: For quick queries and updates, WhatsApp or phone calls are preferred.
Online Meetings: Video conferencing tools (Google Meet, Zoom) can be used for detailed discussions and project reviews.
Additional Terms
GST: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to the final invoice.
Project Timeline: Realistic project timelines will be provided, considering project complexity and client requirements.
Intellectual Property Rights: Clearly define ownership of intellectual property rights for the developed chatbot.
Confidentiality: All project-related information will be treated with strict confidentiality.
