Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

• Saturday & Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed
Payment Terms:
• Payment Method: Payoneer, Western Union, Bank Transfer, or as per mutual agreement.
• Invoicing: Invoices will be issued upon completion of each project milestone or at the end of the project.
• Payment Due: Payments are due within 15 days of invoice date.
• Late Payments: A late fee of 5% per week will be applied to overdue invoices.
• Upfront Payment: A 50% deposit is required before starting any new project.
Preferred Communication Style:
• Primary Communication: Email (respond within 24 hours).
• Secondary Communication: Instant Messaging (Skype, WhatsApp) for quick queries.
• Office Hours Communication: Preferred during hours of operation. Responses outside these hours may be delayed.
Project Turnaround Time:
• Dependent on the scope and complexity of the project. A detailed timeline will be provided after project assessment.
• Rush Projects: Subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Revisions Policy:
• Additional Revisions: Any further revisions will be charged at an hourly rate.
Confidentiality:
• All client information and project details are treated as confidential.
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request.
Termination Policy:
• Either party can terminate the agreement with a written notice of 7 days.
• In case of termination, the client is liable to pay for the work completed up to the termination date.
Miscellaneous:
• Work Ownership: Final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment.
• Client Responsibilities: Timely feedback and provision of necessary materials are essential for project success.
