Work Terms

We do things in milestones. Our milestones are designed to give you a preview of the service you will receive, before you actually put any money down. This is to give you confidence that we are going in the right direction. Once you are satisfied with the beginning of each milestone, we will complete the work, at which time you will then evaluate. We only receive payment once you have approved the milestone’s work. Here are our milestones:

0: Free consultation. Here we will talk about your goals and see if we are the right fit. If things look good, we will then schedule a discovery meeting.

1: Discovery meeting. I will unearth exactly what it is you aim to achieve and we will both gain a mutual understanding of the project objectives. This can go as long or as short at you need it to be. I will be sure to inform you if I need more detail. After this first milestone has been achieved, I will then construct a project proposal that details how I believe you want your product to work, look, and feel.

2: Project proposal. I will provide the proposal for your review. Upon approval, our design team begins initial mockups for the next milestone.

3: Initial mockups. We’ll deliver 1-2 mockups of the project for you to review for design direction, and will iterate as needed.

4: Full mockup. Next, our design team will complete all product mockups and forward these to you for approval. We’ll then ship this to our development team.

5. Project finish. Once your project has finished development, it will be submitted to you for approval!
