have over 1000 scantron sheets. I need to extract that data into an excel file. The data is located in one place consistently. Please find the sample of the file attached below.

the options filled in the scantron sheet are shown in the bottom left side in 3 rows, I need to convert them into Excel. each scantron will be an excel row, and 3 option values as columns.
