Work Terms

1. The said project will only be considered ‘commenced’ only after the initial payment is made

2. Planning and material gathering should not exceed 25% (unless agreed) of the total time estimated of the project. Actual development will begin after this stage is complete. Any further delay will result in this project as cancelled and a 50% cancellation charge will be applicable

3. Development time estimates are only considered after the planning and material gathering is complete

4. Feedback from the involved client (for each given sample or prototype) is expected within 5 working days (unless agreed) or will be considered ‘assumed’. Any changes thereafter will be considered chargeable

5. Changes to any module/section/page/design should be within reason (according to the scope of the original plan and structure). Anything over and above will be considered chargeable

6. Any changes requested after any module/section/page/design has been approved of/put live will be at the decision of the i22 team, and maybe chargeable

7. Payments are expected to be within the agreed time duration, any delay will result in a temporary halt in further development of the project

8. Genuine delays will be considered to a maximum of 2 weeks (unless agreed), after which the project will be considered complete and a full payment will be expected

9. Genuine delays by the i22 development team will be considered to a maximum of 2 weeks (unless agreed), further delays will be compensated by i22

10. The said project will be considered ‘complete’ when all modules are approved and live on the server(s) unless as stated in clause 8.
