As always outstanding work! This was the 5th time I hired Iain, and are now writing the specs for my 6th project to him. I never have to worry about project management. Iain is very productive and rises questions when the spec is not clear.

This it the 4th time I have hired Iain, and will now hire him again for at just as large project. There were some features we needed in two 3rd party software projects, which they didn't have. He implemented the features and made pull requests for the 3rd party software projects and got his changes committed, so I won't have to maintain a patched version of the software. HIGHLY recommend Iain for large complex projects, where you need an expert level programmer.

This is the thrid time we have hired Iain for a large project, and will now hire him again. It is great working with him, as he fixes and developes whatever that is needed. He has many great ideas and have a very deep understanding where we want the project to go. Very high quality code and a great guy to work with. Highly recommend him!

This is the second time I have hired Iain, and are exceeding happy working with him. For this job he was given an existing codebase, which wasn't finished according to the specs and it had even bugs. The fear in those cases are of course always, that the new developer will demand that everything needs to be rewritten from scratch, but Iain were not like that. He very quickly understood the codebase, restructured a few things, and then began adding features and fixing the bugs. Developers with this skill set are rare, but Iain is one of them. I have now hired him again for a third and much larger job, and have 5-8 more jobs lined up for him.

Iain is very professional, writes one message per day, which is short and precise and contains all the necessary information. I never had to repeat myself. At all times I knew how progress were going and I never had to worry about if he would meet the quality, deadline or budget. He did code commits at the end of the day, so I could check if the project were going in the right direction. I didn't had to do any management what so ever. He solved all known problems, and just fixed those that we hadn't predicted. Technical skill wise he is exceeding good. He wrote generic code, which he implemented into a very large existing code base. He is a native English speaker, which is a huge time saver. I will highly recommend him, and are now talking with him about my 2 month full time project.
