With extensive experience in IT infrastructure with WAN and LAN technologies, it is my responsibility to ensure the highest level of availability, performance and security of our company’s communications infrastructure and internal networks. This would include conducting server and system upgrades, performance tuning, systems health-check and security reviews, all on a weekly basis. Apart from that, I am also in-charge of IT project design and implementation.

My scope also covers the infrastructure of the company’s international offices on other parts of the world. I am the primary point-of-contact whenever there is a need to setup, troubleshoot or configure overseas IT infrastructure, equipment and applications.

My projects include successful implementation of IT infrastructure, firewall replacement, Aruba wireless access points, SSL VPN, server and backup deployments --- all done via remote access specifically through Teamviewer.
