My passion to environmental sustainability is also my way of thanking the mother earth who is the main provider of necessities around the world. I help my clients not just to only attain all their environmental goals but for them to also acquire a lot of benefits. There are so many things I learned since I joined the U.S.GBC’s LEED that I can use to my future projects and I really believe that this could make a huge good impact to our planet and to all the people who will be involved in the green building movement.

AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION
Participate in the design process, to support and encourage integrated design, and to streamline the application and certification process of Green Building (e.g. U.S. GBC LEED certification).
Supervision of mechanical works, electrical, plumbing, & fire protection at the construction site.
Revit MEP BIM (3D) knowledgeable.
Construction project costing / estimation.
Cooling load calculation for HVAC/ACMV.
Basic Building energy 3D modeling simulation, computational fluid dynamics analysis for thermal comfort, and HVAC load calc. using DesignBuilder / eQuest and Elite-cHVAC.
Plumbing design and sizing by using Elite S-Pipe & D-Pipe. HVAC Duct sizing using Elite-Ductsize.
Building façade thermal performance simulation/analysis and interior condensation risk assessment using Therm 6.3, Window 6.3 and Optics 6.
Microsoft Office / Excel / PowerPoint for spreadsheet calc., documentation and presentation purposes.
Computer Aided Design (AutoCAD/DraftSight).
