My name is Ibrahim and I am an BIM Modeler . I offer any required design of large or small buildings, residential, commercial or industrial. I have experience in producing efficient design from schematic to fully detailed.

According to client desire, I’m able to provide drawings in 2d cad format or produce a fully coordinated 3D model using BIM technology.

I offer converting any existing 2d cad design to a 3D model using "Revit".
I offer also my help in BIM projects coordination between mechanical system and other disciplines to eliminate any interference and clashes in an existing design according to codes and standards.


I am concerned mainly with the following systems:

-Plumbing:
Familiar with water supply design and calculations including central water heating in addition to sanitary and storm water drainage.

-Fire Fighting:
Including dry,wet,deluge systems, manual and automatic systems.
Familiar with NFPA codes.

-Medical Gases:
Experienced in the design of 12 medical gases systems: Oxygen, Medical Air, Medical Vacuum, Nitrous Oxide, Nitrogen, Surgical Air, Carbon Dioxide, WAGD, Entonox, Heliox, Dental air, Dental vacuum.
Familiar with HTM 02 01 - EN ISO 7396-1 - NFPA 99 C

-Steam System:
Familiar with network distribution, pipe sizing, equipment selection, steam trapping and steam calculation.
