Work Terms
COMMUNICATION.
A great attention in our company is paid to communication process. We constantly improve and polish both our technical and communicational skills. Working with our team you can be sure that none of your questions will be left unanswered but replied timely. Our customers are happy with the service we provide. They get those products which we all take pride in.
DEVELOPMENT PROCESS.
We prefer splitting development process into several Milestones. To show the progress of our work we will send you builds of your application via Testflight. There are usually 3 builds sent: Alpha-, Beta- and Release-versions. After you get a build we kindly ask you to test the app and to provide us with your feedback not later than in 1 day. As this might influence the end quality of your product and overall time for development as without your feedback we won't be able to move forward and to continue programming. Thank you for understanding and for taking active part in the development process. The sooner we get your feedback the faster we can continue.
PAYMENT TERMS.
If we work on a fixed price we usually send invoices after we get your feedback. Thus, we will require payment after each build. We will invoice you hours that are to be paid. We can also offer you hourly payment, in this case we require invoices to be paid every week.
