Terms of Service:
* All projects must be on a fixed price.
* Projects SOW must be given 2 days before the contracted start date.
* Payment will be in two parts: half to start and half on delivery. This protects both parties.
* All required work must be defined in the SOW before we can accept and start on any project. No work outside of the SOW will be undertaken.
* All requisite accounts and access will be provisioned in advance to be available when the work begins.
* All required process and procedures must be defined in the statement of work.
* Expected start and finish dates will be required on the SOW.
* We primarily use enterprise hangouts for meetings but we can accommodate to whatever meeting software you prefer.
