I’m Ioannis (John) Karrãs, an experienced operations leader with over 30 years in driving business growth and optimizing performance across various industries, including telecommunications, real estate, and hospitality. As a Co-Founder, CEO, and Managing Director, I’ve led large teams, developed strategic business initiatives, and overseen complex projects. I’ve had the privilege of managing telecommunications services for over 15,000 clients with Vodafone Greece and pioneering one of Greece’s first sustainability projects focused on recycling.

Alongside my professional journey, I’ve spent over 45 years researching human health and longevity. After facing severe lung issues and diabetes caused by years of smoking and alcohol consumption, I dedicated 1000+ days to studying the body’s needs. By adjusting my lifestyle and understanding the role of essential nutrients and hydration, I reversed my health problems and now feel 20 years younger. This transformation fuels my passion for helping others achieve improved well-being and longevity.

In addition to my health research, I’ve mastered the financial markets, particularly trading. Over 10 years, I developed a strategy that consistently delivers annual returns of over 30%, all without the use of algorithms or signals.
Fluent in English and Greek, and with beginner proficiency in French, Italian, and Spanish, I’m deeply committed to exploring innovative solutions in health, trading, and sustainable energy. I’m always looking for ways to drive results and make a positive impact.
