I started MWA Limited in 1998 as a business development consultancy - working mostly for International Magazine Publishers and other businesses looking to grow and develop.

In the last 8-10 years I have found my skills being used more frequently in leadership & management coaching and more general business coaching than consultancy. My clients want to know how they can be more effective in what they are doing, not have someone come and do it for them!
