To be cool software developer and get some cash

I'm a software engineer working for the largest bank in Russia, working with different OS, supporting IBM products and own software, solving problems in production with our Bank Settelment System as well.
In spare time used to develop my own software and scripts to auotmate working processes.
Right now I am writing administrator control panel for myself and colegues. It's a Dynamic java project. In front end - it's a bootstrap panels with AmChart.js using ajax and juery. In back - java and oracleDB and some small things. Main features - managing testing stands which contains several WebSphere Application servers, MQ managers etc. Parsing (SSH) linux lpars for servers and starting/stopping them one by one, getting InputStream with top charecterrsticts of LPAR data, like df -Kp, top, free, etc and draw charts with this information. Parsing tnsnames on lpar (in future on Win servers), getting lists of avalible lpars, avalible DBs and looping executing queryes wtih return results as tables (my own lite pl/sql developer in browser :)) or other answers. Have some buttons to deal with OracleDB (about 200 DBs), managing my local DB with main lpar information, etc. So it's my last and I think most intresting develop. Anyway like to build sites with bootstrap3 and ajax, like to paint in photoshop (can draw beutifull portrets), have exp. with banners and other small media stuff.
Anyway I'd be greatefull for any intresting projects, look forward to up my exp. and get some cash for my family :)
