I have done MBA (finance) and worked as Manager Accounts & Admin for more than 8 years, I did following tasks;
Maintained payroll and reports and to assist in posting of month-end Journal entries.
Prepare monthly Financial Statement for the Management., quarter and yearly
Preparation of Financial Statements , other audit schedules, Consolidation and Comparative of Financial Statement
Weekly & monthly Consolidate and Comparative of sales / cash position reports.
Bank Balance maintenance and Reconciliation.
Costing of various foreign and local purchases made by the company and to see that it is properly cost.
Preparation of Budget and Rolling Monthly Forecasts for Business units.
Examined different vouchers to determine whether the accounting department complies with sound accounting of the company and assures that recording was done properly.
Update ledger of individual clients.
Coordinate with the relevant department in sending confirmation of receivables on quarterly basis.
Analyzed business trends, revenues, Financial Commitments, and obligations, to plan future revenues and expenses.
Compiling weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, including Forecast, P&L Summary, Accounts Receivable, Actual vs Budget Analysis.
Preparing daily cash deposits and post cash receipts ensuring appropriate accounts receivable and collections.
Ensuring to post and reconcile monthly Management fees, reimbursed costs, and Organizations' utility bills.
Coordinate with project team on special assignments and projects.
Directs and reviews the preparation of periodic and special Financial Statements, reports, projections, and recommendations, on which important administrative decisions are based.
Establishes accounting systems and procedures as necessary to provide Financial information in the manner appropriate to administrative requirements and accounting principles, and Financial Management.
