I am a passionate and experienced quality assurance professional in the higher education sector. I hold an MBA degree from the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar, one of the top business schools in Pakistan. I have more than 15 years of experience in various academic and administrative roles in different higher education institutes. My expertise lies in quality assurance, quality enhancement, program accreditations, institutional performance evaluation and data analysis. I am also a certified data analyst and a skilled trainer.
I have been actively involved in delivering training sessions on various topics related to quality assurance in higher education to different stakeholders, such as faculty members, administrators, directors and managers. I have worked with several higher education institutes, the Directorate of Higher Education, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Higher Education Academy of Research & Training (HEART) as a trainer and a consultant. I have also served as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in USEFP funded training projects for capacity building of university faculty members in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Currently, I am working as an Assistant Manager Quality Enhancement at the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar, where I am responsible for implementing the quality assurance framework of the Higher Education Commission Pakistan at my institute. I am committed to ensuring the highest standards of quality and excellence in higher education and to contributing to the development of the sector in Pakistan.
