Work Terms
1. Project Scope and Deliverables
The project scope and deliverables will be defined and agreed upon before starting any work. Any additional requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit of 100% is required to initiate the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment methods and exact percentages can be customized to fit client needs.
3. Revisions
Includes up to [X] rounds of revisions to ensure satisfaction with the design. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may require an extra fee.
4. Timeline
An estimated timeline will be provided, and the client will be notified of any changes due to unforeseen delays. Timely client feedback is crucial to keeping the project on schedule.
5. Content and Assets
All necessary content (such as text, images, and logos) should be provided by the client before the project begins unless otherwise specified. Content creation can be arranged for an additional fee.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will receive all rights to the final design. Ikram retains the right to use the project for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Communication
Regular communication will be maintained to update the client on progress. Preferred methods of communication include email, scheduled calls, or project management tools.
8. Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel the project at any time with written notice. The client will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.
