Impact-Works has done a phenomenal job! Jed Ward and his company have been wonderful to work with. He gave me an initial quote and stuck to that price when he gave me my finished project. My site required some very difficult programming- it was way more complicated than just building a website. He did what other programmers told me could not be done. And his price was very competitive. I also loved the creativity of the finished site. I can highly reccomend him! His company is at www.impact-works.com. Also, I've made a bunch of tweaks and changes to the finsihed product and he's been there all the way! I feel lucky that I chose him to do my work- he always did everything he said he was going to do, consistently exceeded my expectations and never any surprises.
