Work Terms

Payment terms:

For hourly basis job we share weekly time-sheet with our clients and also provide the invoice of the project with resource allocated on the project for the completion in a timely manner. Our minimum hourly rate is $12

1) For project more than $3000, we charge in following manner:

30% In advance
40% Delivery of the milestone
30% On completion of the project

2) For project up-to $3000, we charge in following manner:

40% In advance
60% On completion of the project

Communication:

We are available "24X7" and our turnaround is negligible and able to resolve the issues within 24 hours if they belong to our scope of work otherwise will take maximum 48 hours in finding the solution.

We are easily approachable and for quick commutation purpose we use mostly Skype, Project Management Tool, Email, WhatsApp etc.

Sharing the weekly/fortnightly reports to the client in order to be on the same page regarding the project progress.
