Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
I am available for work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM Colombo Time (GMT+5:30). I’m flexible with my schedule and can adjust timelines for urgent or high-priority projects. Weekend availability can also be arranged if needed.
Payment Terms:
For fixed-price projects, I work with a structured payment plan, with an initial deposit to start the project and the balance upon completion. For larger projects, milestone-based payments are an option, ensuring that progress is aligned with expectations. Payments are processed securely through the Guru platform.
For hourly projects, I log my time carefully and provide detailed reports. Invoices are typically sent weekly or bi-weekly based on the project’s scope.
Preferred Communication:
I prefer to communicate through Guru’s messaging platform to keep everything organized and accessible. For more detailed discussions or briefings, I’m also available for video or voice calls via Guru’s integrated system. I respond to messages within 24 hours on business days and provide regular updates on project progress.
Revisions and Feedback:
To ensure satisfaction, I offer up to two rounds of revisions for writing and translation projects. Additional revisions can be discussed based on the complexity and needs of the project.
Additional Considerations:
All work is original, and I maintain full confidentiality for sensitive information shared during the project. If necessary, I am open to signing NDAs for added security.
