Before starting any project, I take the time to understand your vision, goals, and brand identity. We’ll discuss your requirements, target audience, and design preferences to create something truly aligned with your business needs.
2. Clear Communication
I prioritize effective and timely communication throughout the project. Whether through scheduled meetings, I ensure regular updates and quick responses to keep the project on track.
3. Design Process & Revisions
Initial concepts and drafts will be shared based on the agreed timeline.
I offer multiple revisions (as per the package) to refine the design until it perfectly meets your expectations.
Final approval will be required before delivering the completed project.
4. Timeline & Delivery
Project timelines vary based on complexity but will always be clearly defined upfront.
Deliverables will be provided in high-quality formats (AI, PNG, JPEG, PDF, or any other required file types).
Urgent requests can be accommodated with priority services at an additional cost.
5. Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed-upon methods.
Custom pricing is available for long-term or bulk projects.
6. Ownership & Rights
Upon full payment, you will receive full ownership rights of the final design.
I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio and social media (unless agreed otherwise).
7. Client Satisfaction & Support
I am committed to delivering high-quality, unique, and brand-focused designs.
Post-project support is available for minor adjustments or format requests.
