Hours of Operation:
Global Coverage: Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM IST. Available for scheduled meetings across time zones. Weekend support by appointment.

Payment Terms:
Project-Based: 50% deposit to start, 50% on completion, before final handover.
Hourly Billing: Bi-weekly invoices, payment due within 7 days.
Retainers: Monthly invoices at the month's start, payment due within 7 days.

Primary: Use Slack for daily updates and seamless collaboration across different time zones.
Secondary: WhatsApp is available for urgent communications outside of standard business hours.
Platform Messages: For detailed project briefs and official communications, please use Guru’s messaging system to ensure all interactions are securely logged and accessible.

Revisions and Feedback:
Revisions: Up to 3 included; additional may incur charges.
Feedback: Expected within 48 hours to maintain project pace.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations require 14-day notice. Deposits non-refundable but credited for future services within 6 months.

Confidentiality and Data Security:
Strict standards to protect client information and project details, ensuring data security and privacy.

Project Delivery:
Timelines and deliverables outlined in the service agreement. We commit to deadlines, with transparent communication on adjustments.

Acceptance of Deliverables:
Review and acceptance expected within 7 days of delivery. Silence assumed as acceptance.

Guarantee and Support:
Guaranteed performance as scoped. 30-day post-delivery support for related issues.
