Work Terms

1. Payment Terms

• We require a 50% deposit upfront before starting any project.
• The remaining 50% is due upon completion and delivery of the project.
• Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or any other agreed-upon method.

2. Revisions

• We offer a certain number of revisions based on the package chosen.
• Basic: 1 revision
• Standard: 2 revisions
• Premium: Unlimited revisions
• Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.

3. Communication

• We maintain clear and constant communication through email, WhatsApp, or Slack to keep you updated on progress.
• Regular updates will be provided to ensure the project is on track and meets your expectations.

4. Delivery Time

• The delivery time varies depending on the complexity of the project:
• Basic projects: 3 days
• Standard projects: 5 days
• Premium projects: 7 days
• Rush delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.

5. Support

• We offer support for 30 days after the project delivery to address any issues or make minor adjustments.
• Additional support beyond this period can be arranged on a retainer basis.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary materials and information promptly to avoid delays.
• Any delays in providing these materials may result in extended delivery times.

7. Platform Subscription Fees

• The cost of the platform subscription (Kajabi, Carrd, etc.) is not included in our service fees and is the responsibility of the client.
