Hi there! I’m excited to share a bit about myself and what drives me.
Over the past five years in customer service, I’ve had the chance to do work I love—helping people, solving problems, and building connections. I’ve worked in a few different roles, from answering calls in a call center to supporting healthcare customers and assisting sales teams. What I’ve enjoyed most is the chance to make someone’s day a little easier and to be a person they can rely on when they need it.
At the heart of what I do are a few values I try to live by: dedication, kindness, and integrity. I believe in showing up fully in whatever I do, whether it’s a customer call, a team project, or a new challenge. Building trust is so important to me, not only through what I accomplish but by being genuine and approachable.
I’m also a mom, which has been the most fulfilling and sometimes challenging job of all! Balancing work with family life has taught me patience, adaptability, and the fine art of multitasking. When I’m not working, you can find me in the garden. This season, I’ve got a few Roma tomato plants going, and it’s surprisingly calming to see something grow from a seed. I also love diving into a good book, especially anything about personal growth or just a great story to get lost in.

Hours of Operation
I am typically available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST (equivalent to Nigerian time), but I’m happy to adjust based on your time zone and specific needs.
I offer flexibility with early mornings, extended hours, and Saturdays if required, ensuring that I can accommodate your preferred working hours.
Payment Terms
Payments are due within 5 days, upon project completion, weekly, after invoicing.
Preferred payment methods include bank transfer, Payoneer etc.].
For ongoing projects, I offer retainer options for consistent support.
