Do it right the first time!
I am a hard working individual, who has grown over the years to become a respectable software developer. I have worked in various environments where my skills and aptitude have been put to the test and I have excelled extremely well. Most of my working experience was gained through the banking industry, creating and hacking cross platform applications. I have also had a couple of freelance projects that i have delivered within budget, to mention but a few,
A. Property listing website with an online application processing for rentals module and an automated risk and affordability assessment engine, which enables an automated decision to be made.
B. A loyalty program for retailers that seeks to reduce churn by rewarding customers based on their spend and granting them discounts in partner stores. In the background, accumulate enough data to trend customer behavior and enable predictions of their mutating circumstances.
Work Terms
I am happy to collaborate with a team of other developers or work solo, which ever the situations demands. I Usually allocate 6 - 8 hours of freelance work during a normal day. Most of my work is conducted remotely and my rate does not include travel costs unless you are within my 100Km radius.
I cover the costs of a 4MB line with redundancy in my office, any upgrades will be for your account. If you are in a different time zone, we will negotiate times when I should be contactable to cover some of your daylight time.
Should you require Contracted time frames of longer than 2 months, I require a retainer of $1000 per month. or otherwise negotiated terms in a legally binding contract.
A gentlemen's agreement exists as a standard NDA in the absence of a documented one. I.E. I will not discuss your engagement with me with anyone unless duly subpoenaed by a juristic court.
My Work computer will be encrypted using the standard OS encryption methods provided by the OEM license.
Payment is due in full upon completion of project. Should you kill your project after I start working on it, I expect a pro-rata payment for the work done.
I will collaborate with you at every step of the development. I may subcontract the designing of the UI to experts that I have worked with before at my cost. User experience is to be influenced by you, otherwise my intuition will take precedence.
