Work Terms for innovatek Solutions:
1. Hours of Operation:
- Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM [Timezone: Islamabad, Pakistan].
- We observe national holidays and weekends as non-working days.
- For urgent support or critical issues, we provide 24/7 on-call availability for our clients.
2. Payment Terms:
- We accept payments through bank transfers or other agreed-upon local payment methods.
- Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of any project or service.
- For larger projects, we may require an upfront deposit or set payment milestones based on project deliverables.
- Invoices will be provided, and payment is expected within 7 business days from the date of the invoice excluding national holidays and weekends.
3. Communication:
- We primarily communicate through mail, phone calls, and video conferences.
4. For project-related communication, we encourage the use of project management tools such as Trello
- Our team is responsive and strives to reply to client inquiries and requests within 1 hours during our operating hours. We aim to provide timely and efficient communication to ensure smooth project progress.
4. Project Management:
- We follow an Agile project management approach to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery.
- Regular project status updates and progress reports will be provided to keep clients informed about the project's progress.
