It was such a pleasure working with Louis (Insite Designs). It has been a very wonderful and enlightening experience for me. This is my very first website and Louis helped me feel very comfortable and inclusive during the whole process. I'm a novice when it comes to understanding website designing, but Louis went above and beyond the call of duty by educating me on a variety of useful website features and functions that I wasn't even aware of or overlooked. The best part was that there weren't any hidden fees, he is truly a genuine business man. As a result, he has made being a website owner less confusing and less tedious.
Also, I really appreciated how Louis allowed me to view the daily progress that he was making with the design of my website, which helped put my mind at ease. Initially, I was a little hesitant about hiring someone out of state to design my website, but Louis was very customer service oriented and easy to communicate with via phone and email. Another great thing about working with Insite Designs is that Louis was very considerate with the turn-around time for designing my website and he made modifications in a timely fashion (less or within 24 hours). Louis has a genuine passion for website designing and it showed by how in sync he was with what I wanted on my website, without me even having to say much. I highly recommend Louis (Insite Designs) for website design and other related projects. You will not be disappointed!
