Born in California, grew up in Ghana, schooled in Switzerland and San Francisco, winterized in Buffalo. Lawyer, mediator, fact-finder, problem-solver, teacher, mentor and story coach. Founded Interfacet, Inc., in 1999, a boutique workplace conduct training consultancy. In 2011, developed and released diversityDNA(r), the first interactive software to help users explore their own unique internal values software, and compare with others - connecting not dividing. Since 2008, teaching college communication, receiving in 2013, 2014, and 2015 awards for excellence in teaching.

All of my work and play revolves around Improving communication amongst families, lovers, students, colleagues, clients, adversaries, and strangers.
