My office management experience over the past ten years has given me the knowledge to handle anything paper related from account reconciliations, to year end reports, payroll, you name it, I've got it handled.
At the end of the day, Intuitive Symmetry has one goal, and that is to handle all of your bookkeeping and administrative tasks, so that you can focus on your clients' needs rather than tallying up your dollars.
In turn that leaves one less worry for you, one less strain on the business, and that combination; well, it leads to a seamlessly balanced successful business.
Work Terms
Hours: My hours of operation are flexible and can be adjusted to suit the needs of the client.
Payment Method: My preferred payment method is via Guru invoices and/or PayPal, and for larger projects I would like the payment to be secured via Guru Safepay. Additionally, larger projects are to be paid in increments as portions of the project are completed.
Communication Preferences: My main preference of communication is via email, or an instant messenger platform, but I can be accessible via phone, and for video chat when necessary.
