Opened to people’s values, beliefs, and differences that make each of us unique, I chose to contribute with my professional experience in finance and administration, my skills in economics, my international educational background in the Nonprofit sector, running education projects and programs in 13 countries in South Eastern and Central Europe. One of the greatest achievements is running over 50 projects in terms of financial grant cycle management, providing capacity building and technical support to grantees (small NGOs, local government teams) in financial management and reporting.
As for my education, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics from one of the top five universities in Romania, “Dunarea de Jos University” from where I learned the key requirements that a finance system must have to effectively manage change and a certificate at Central European University, Budapest, for an intensive Academic English 9-month program.
