ESL instructor, editor, and proofreader with the core goal of helping native and non-native speakers improve their written and spoken English.
I am a university ESL instructor with a Master's degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Aside from teaching and private tutoring, I offer editing and proofreading services for anything from emails and professional communications to academic papers and journals. I am an avid reader, and find myself seeing grammatical errors in published works and wishing the author had hired a better proofreader! I will be that proofreader for you. Because I have a background in teaching English to speakers of other languages, my skills have to be top notch when it comes to grammar, syntax, and overall content flow.
Work Terms
I do freelance jobs on top of a full-time job, so I do not have 30+ hours for a project. That being said, I am a fast and dedicated worker who can meet reasonable deadlines.
