I have over 11 years of professional experience as a Customer Service Representative from the BPO Industry and on my freelancing journey.
I've worked with various accounts like Telecommunications, billing, finance and Technical Support. Attained skills in customer service, tech support, virtual assistant, appointment setting, lead generation and data entry.
I’ve experienced dealing with different customers who are angry, frustrated, worried and afraid. Building an emotional connection with customers is not easy and it’s even harder when there are no verbal or physical cues to follow.
I’ve demonstrated success in responding to customer’s via telephone, email and chat queries in an accurate and timely manner. Not just that, I always make sure that I’ve addressed all the customers concern without lacking empathy and I always tend to go above and beyond.
