My experience and exposure are focused on business process outsourcing specifically on copy editing, content writing, and formatting. I have more than 10 years of experience in this field being a previous abstractor and editor for a global online publishing company.

Aside from my experience, I have a strong background in project and operations management particularly handling project transition or migration in the fields of executive search, legal services, and healthcare. I was able to handle teams of content writers, editors, market research specialists, dental and medical claims reviewers, medical coders and medical safety physicians. I was able to handle 4 successful project transitions involving work in Cebu, India and the US.

Moreover, I am passionate about learning and development and can train a team based on business or project requirements.

I am a dentist by profession having a DDM degree from the University of the East. I am extremely particular about professionalism and excellent work attitude.
