My professional background includes working as a Customer Service Representative for a sales/product support account; effectively answering a volume of calls everyday assisting customers by processing their orders, setting up brand new accounts for non existing customers, activating new subscriptions and also included cancellation of subscriptions upon customer's request. I've been known to be very productive and knowledgeable to with the workload I was provided and was always able to reach goals and metrics for every fiscal.
