I have 3 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. based customers. I was trained and is connected to the biggest Call Center in the Philippines, I also served as a Subject Matter Expert providing real time assistance and support to agents for more than a year.
Reporting and Analytics are my field of interest, and so I decided to switch path from Operations to Reports and Analytics. I served as Security, Control and Compliance Specialist - ID Administrator for 3 years, and now a Business Analyst in the same company.
My responsibility as Business Analyst and ID Administrator in a Call Center for more than 5 years has given me valuable experience in analytics, reporting, data mining and other administrative duties. I am well organized, detail oriented, and output driven.
