I have worked with the BPO industry for more than 13 years. I was initially with outbound sales for card insurance and then transitioned to inbound sales. The previous company I had with for 9 years, I was with chat support doing technical and billing support. For writing experience, I have also done product description for a line of clothing for a short period of time being paid by the number of words per product. I have also an experience in managing accounts for Google Ads client. I have great work ethics and is trustworthy, my tenure of nine years with my previous company is proof of that. I am a dedicated employee and I know that you would not regret having me on your team and will definitely deliver the finished work you gave me on or before your deadline.

Work Terms

I can work with you on a given deadline, I am usually available to work in the morning from 7 am to 4 pm. I prefer email as the communication but you can always reach out to me on skype or google hangouts. Payment is through paypal but you can also transfer funds directly to my BDO account.
