At the moment I finished and waiting for certificate of a Level 5 BTEC Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying awarded by Edexel, UK in association with the International College of Business and Technology ( ICBT Campus – Nugegoda ).

During My course I gained a thorough knowledge in Tendering & Estimating, Construction Economics, Health Safety & Welfare, Land Surveying, Building Construction Technology, Contractual Procedures, Design Principles and Communication Skills. In addition to these I have supplemental my education with Information Technology and AUTO Cad.

My knowledge of Architecture and Construction goes beyond mind formal class room education. I have work experienced in Quantity Surveyor and AUTO CAD Designer in Shahen Design Center, Kadana and Kahawita De Silva & Associates (Pvt) Ltd, Colombo-07,where I have gained experience and knowledge in many subjects. Also I have excellent communication skills and report writing.

In short I believe, I have the up to date Architecture and Construction background and professional drying needed to you esteemed organization.
