Work Terms
Communication: I am available for communication via email, phone, and video conferencing from 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday.
Payment Terms: Payments are structured as follows: 50% upfront, 25% upon milestone completion, and 25% upon final project delivery. Payment methods include bank transfer and PayPal.
Project Timeline: Timelines are project-specific and will be detailed in the project proposal. I commit to timely delivery, with regular updates provided.
Revisions: I offer up to three rounds of revisions for each project phase. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.
Confidentiality: All client information and project details will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of project development.
Ownership: Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables. I reserve the right to use project samples for portfolio purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed.
Support and Maintenance: Post-project support is available for an additional fee. Maintenance packages can be customized based on client needs.
Termination: Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
