Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday to Saturday, providing 24/7 service to accommodate your needs.
Payment Terms:
- Payments are to be made via PayPal, with half of the payment due upfront and the remainder upon completion of the project.
- For long-term or ongoing projects, payment schedules can be discussed and customized.
- All payments are non-refundable once the proofreading service has been delivered.

Preferred Communication:
- Primary communication through messaging within the freelance site.
- I am also available for brief consultations or updates via secondary communication platforms like Zoom, Google Meet if necessary.
- Please allow up to 2 hours for responses to messages during business hours.
