Dave performed above expectation. We had 68 bids on this project and he was one of the few who understood the true scope of the project and bid accordingly. His turn-time was great as was his eye for detail. Definitely a detail-oriented person who earned a place in our "MVP" (Most Valued Programmers List). We will definitely be using him again.
