How I Got Started:
I have been a resident of Southern California since 1978. I've lived in particular in the Coachella Valley for the last 30 years and have a wealth of knowledge in this area. The Coachella Valley is a rapidly growing geographic area in the eastern part of Riverside county and its year round fantastic weather makes it a national destination from former POTUS to Canadians who would much rather spend their winters in our beautiful valley.
I've been in the real estate business since 1997 in various capacities but have now found my stride as a REALTOR since June 2015.
