In my current position I serve as the chief proofreader for Macmillan Publishing. My work involves careful review of textbook articles prior to publication. My terrific attention to detail and strong grammar skills have allowed me to catch many errors prior to releasing text final copy for publication.I possess excellent computer skills utilizing multiple applications. Additionally my accuracy rates are extremely high and I have terrific time management and organization skills. I keep careful track of all deadlines and am able to motivate myself to complete all proofreading work on time in order to meet publication deadlines.
