Over the past 5 years I have worked in numerous IT MSP environments for over a dozen US IT Service providers. I have learned to operate and function with all facets of the ever changing world of managed services. I started by functioning as a Teir1/2 HelpDesk Tech for over 2 years processing, resolving and escalating dozens of tickets on a daily basis. Moving on to managing a Tech HelpDesk. I have also worked extensively as inside sales with my core responsibility being the up-selling and quoting of hardware/software for current and prospective clients of the IT Provider I was contracted too at the time.
I spent over a year being involved in the erate process and also assisted in building a B2B Tech re-seller for that IT Provider.
I currently for the past 2 year operating an offshore IT HelpDesk facilitating the needs of outsource services primarily to IT MSP's.
In my spare time I enjoy cinema time with the family and trying new foods on offer.
Work Terms
9AM-9PM EST, Fixed or hourly rates with preference given to flat monthly retainers.
