Planning SME (Subject Matter expert) (6+ years experience)
- Full planning support of the plant Purchasing and Planning Manager
- Support the development and implementation of company’s standard planning strategies and systems
- Deep understanding of planning processes and procedures, consulting in all planning related questions
- Support the overall Operations Planning objectives
- Ensure site business processes have no major deviation from corporate business practices
- Continuous improvement of current planning processes
- Analyze process gaps & establish best practices for business processes and transactions with global team lead.
- Maintenance and improvement of current planning tools
- New tools analysis, testing, set up, implementation and users training (demand management, capacity analysis, materials sizing, production planning, metrics etc)
- Support and resolve operational issues
- Responsible for Data integrity checks performance and its mass maintenance
- Support the selection of and monitor Key performance metrics
- New planning process creation and implementation for new businesses
- New planners full training and support
- Ensure functional training materials for planners are properly structured and well delivered in the training sessions
- Function as Subject Matter expert for functional area regarding business processes and/or transactions
- Ensure current business processes are effectively supported by the established ERP
- Participates in ERP upgrades and co-ordinate global enhancement of ERP with regional teams
Business Development Analyst (assistant of Business Unit Manager) (2 years)
- Business Financial forecast preparation and its maintenance in TM1 (PnL) (annual $100M), costs analysis etc.
Work Terms
Part time consulting - Max 10h/week, communication through email, skype etc. Payment method negotiable.
