FIRST OF all, I have been a magazine publisher myself for the last eight years. I have led my company in the editorial capacity via a variety of models - from engaging freelancers to producing contents myself, from giving meticulous training to turning my fresh graduate staff into prolific writers, I have literally done them all. Further, because my industry segment is real estate, the challenge to turn the four walls into text of inspiration is a challenge month after month, edition after edition. Nevertheless, this is something I've done rather successfully.

FINALLY, why am I sourcing for a freelance gig when I've got myself a publishing business running now? Nothing ventured, nothing gained. This may be the door to new and profound opportunities...maybe even to infinity and beyond!

Work Terms

My preferred working time is from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday. This is the most productive time of my working habits. This is largely attribute to my discipline on the job and my need for the mind to reproduce its creative sparks during rest periods like after working hours and the weekends.

Unknown to many, the rest period is just as crucial as the working hours for the creative mind. It's not even a chicken or egg and neither is it one or the other. It's more like the sunrise and the sunset. You need both for the world to turn and be fruitful. A similar concept applies in my working pattern. The productivity is assuredly optimum when this is achieved - this is my promise.

Payment is straight forward. It should be 50% upon confirmation of the job and followed by the balance 50% when the job completes.
