To specify my job description experiences: Update and maintain accounting records, including those which calculate expenditures, receipts, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss. Importing bank transactions like American Express, Bank of America, Chase, Wellsfargo and paypal to Quickbooks Pro. Handle payroll, make purchases, prepare invoices and bank reconciliation. Perform other assigned duties, which are within the scope of knowledge, skills and abilities of the position like posting products on ebay or doing the company’s marketing procedure. Amazon listing, process orders from Amazon, recording Amazon seller central and Amazon Vendor Central.
