Reliable "writer to be" with civil engineering and project management experience

I am a civil engineer with 8 years of professional experience, both in design and on construction site. My understanding of the most current green building principles is documented by LEED GA certificate. My greatest passion is project management. I've finished post-graduate studies in this field and gain PRINCE2 Foundation Certificated. My biggest advantage is reliability.
I will be happy to work on something in accordance with my education but my dream is to start working in widely understood writing.
