I am an individual with over 10 years of experience in telemarketing. I started of my career as sales representative where I use to do the cold calling for some hard core selling project like Dish Network, Direct Tv and many other similar campaigns. I feel grateful to start of my career with some tough jobs because they turned me into an efficient sales person. I am a quick learner and posses excellent communication skills who believes in hard and result oriented work.

I have had experience in B2B and B2C cold calling, hardcore sales, warm leads, outbound sales, inbound sales, customer support, e-mail correspondence for sales and support, CRM, training, quality assurance.

My last work experience was with a US based client for about more then 3 years as a freelancer for whom I use to manage everything in between sales and customer support and had 20 people working under me. Apart from dialling my responsibilities included to handle the 20 agents sales and customer support team remotely and make sure of smooth operations with effectiveness. I started of as an inside sales agent with this client and at then promoted as team lead for sales and then customer support team as well because of the quality work I had been doing for the company. I had been praised many times by not only the client but also the customers that I had been handling.

Like I mentioned earlier I am a hard working and result oriented resource who can be a great fit for anything related to telemarketing.

Work Terms

I can be available for up to 40 to 50 Hrs a week and about payment, this is something that can be discussed upon agreement.
