I am a licensed teacher by profession but I am currently working as a Medical Chart Retrieval Specialist in an international account. I worked at Amazon 3 years ago, which I catered both individual and professional sellers on managing their accounts and listings/products they sell. I handled inbound calls, messaging and doing outbound calls for their businesses. I have also worked in an aviation with United Airlines, which is one of the most famous airline in the United States. My job there is to receive only inbound calls from the passengers who needs some assistance in booking, rebooking, and cancelling their flights domestically or internationally. I also worked at Airbnb as a customer service consultant. It is also just the same work with Amazon, receiving calls, doing emails and outbound calls with the hosts and the guests who are needing help managing their accounts, listings, and reservations.
