I have worked across E-Commerce Specialist, Digital Marketing-Paid, Sales/Business Development, Category Management, Product Designing & Road Map, and Sell-Side (Merchandising) and Digital Marketing function.
General duties:
- will include website design, market research, budgeting, interviewing and training ,
- Weekly update google ranking, social media post report to team, sitemap generates and submit to google.
- Weekly Takes responsibility for destination management (i.e. maximize worldwide gross booking value growth) for the top destinations in Latin America
- Point of contact for the brand for all questions starting from agreements, inventory, discounts, and operations to reconciliations.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and manage operations to promote business objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.
- Consistently monitor inventory on websites holding the company's brands and other online marketplaces as required.
- Create, manage, and optimize listings - ensure that daily site maintenance is conducted; correcting product descriptions, product placement, new item posting, out of stock item removal etc, with the reconciliation of marketplace listings.
- Research and identify new marketplaces, including logistical needs and pricing.
- Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the mechanics of all backend tools, processes and systems.
- Establish company products as a seller in the online marketplaces (FBA, Walmart).
- Meeting up with E-commerce portal related Account manager for sale forecasting, Projection and sales growth.
- Lead for ecommerce website development - (Mobile + Desktop).
- Manage development team resources, mentoring the developers to encourage technical skill growth.
